GA Media Group brings together a group of talented and renowned artists in media: animators, interactive designers, writers, cinematographers and evaluators.
The principal, award winning video director and media producer Geralyn Abinader, has 15 years of experience developing and creating media for prominent institutions. Her films cover a variety of topics from the stories of Native American jewelry artists to the Baaka of Central Africa: from studies of earthquakes and volcanoes to the history of African tribal decoration and Coney Island tattoo artists. Her space-defining video and audio installations tap into the senses: whether it is evoking the underwater ecosystems across the globe or illustrating the diversity of species across the plant and animal kingdoms. The interactives she has produced reveal such stories as the inner workings of DNA to new discoveries about dinosaur behaviors.
Geralyn’s films and installations have been seen by millions of national and international museum visitors. Her work has received recognition from many professional organizations and has won awards including the Muse Award of Excellence and the Cine Golden Eagle.
